Strategic Planning
At Crotched Mountain, strategic planning is an ongoing process of reflecting on our accomplishments and determining the most effective ways to meet our mission of providing a lifelong alliance to people with disabilities. During this process, our staff members, clients, supporting organizations, community members and consultants provide invaluable insights and information that informs our strategic vision and plans.
Just as it is important for the people of Crotched Mountain to know where we are heading, it’s important for the people we serve and other interested parties to know as well. We’re happy to share the results of our planning processes with you.
