Health Insurance

Available to full-time employees working 30 hours per week or more. We offer an HMO insurance plan with Anthem Blue Cross.

  

Dental Insurance

Available to full-time employees working 30 hours per week or more. We provide one plan through Delta Dental.

 

Vision Insurance

Available to full-time employees working 30 hours per week or more through Humana.

 

Life Insurance

Available to full-time employees working 30 hours per week or more.

 

Short-Term Disability

Available to full-time employees who have completed one year of service and who work 30 hours per week or more. Provided for all qualified employees at no cost: 70% regular salary (fixed maximum) from 31st day through 90th day of disability.

 

Long-Term Disability

Available to full-time employees who have completed one year of service and who work 30 hours per week or more at no cost: 60% of regular salary to a fixed maximum from the 91st day of total disability.

 

Employee Assistance Program

Available to all eligible Crotched Mountain employees. A 24-hour telephone service for the provision of professionally staffed, confidential guidance and referral service. Provided for all employees and their immediate family members at no cost. 

 

Employee Discounts

Available to all eligible Crotched Mountain employees. A number of area vendors provide discounts to Crotched Mountain employees. Our current list includes auto dealerships, travel agencies, dry cleaners, restaurants, shops and exercise facilities to name a few.

 

Notary Public

Available to all eligible Crotched Mountain employees. We have a number of Notaries Public on staff who can notarize documents for you.

 

Optional Insurance

Available to all eligible Crotched Mountain employees. We also offer a menu of payroll deductible automobile, renter's, homeowner's, life and tax sheltered annuities (TSAs). 

 

403b Retirement Plan

Employee sponsored retirement plan is available to active full-time employees who work 30 hours per week or more. 

 

Reimbursement Accounts

Available to all eligible Crotched Mountain employees. Up to $2,500 pre-tax dollars for health care expenses. Up to $5,000 pre-tax dollars for dependent care expenses. Complies with IRS rules.

 

Vacation/Earned Time

 

Exempt Employees:

 

  • 0 to completion of 5th year employees are awarded three weeks vacation
  • 6+ years employees are awarded four weeks vacation

 

Non-exempt Employees:

 

  • 0 to completion of 5th year employees are awarded two weeks vacation
  • 6+ years  employees are awarded three weeks vacation

 

All Employees:

 

  • Eight Holiday days annually
  • Two Personal Days annually
  • Up to eight Sick Days annually

 

Child Care

Child care and before/after school programs are available through Crotched Mountain's Wonderworks Learning Center, conveniently located on campus. The $35 registration fee will be waived for employees who enroll their child or children within the first 30 days of employment. Recreational Amenities

Greenfield, NH Crotched Mountain employees may have access to our swimming pools, fitness room, hiking trails, tennis courts, etc.
