Applications are currently being accepted for review according to the following schedule:

Meeting January 13th, 2009
Application deadline December 8th, 2009

Meeting April 14th, 2009
Application deadline March 9th, 2008

Meeting July 14th, 2009
Application deadline June 8th, 2009

Meeting October 13th, 2009
Application deadline September 7th, 2009

Completed applications must be received here by the end of the business day on the deadline dates listed. These deadlines are firm due to the great number of applications we receive. Please keep the following in mind:

• A separate physician's diagnosis of your disability and recommendation of the request is a requirement. Your application will not be complete without it.
• Please be sure to include the income from all the adults in the family from all sources. Applicants are considered minors through age 20, so the income of the parents of anyone age 20 or under must be included. Verification may be requested. Requests from applicants age 25 and under are a priority of the HGF Trustees.
• Please complete all requested information on the application front and the narrative on the back. An application cannot be processed until it is complete (all requested information provided.)

*This deadline does not apply to applications for camps or other recreational activities. These requests are accepted and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
