REM Directions

Get door-to-door driving directions to our Concord, NH location

From The South:

Take 93 North through the Hooksett tollbooth to 89 North – Follow directions below* .

From The North:

Take 93 South to 89 North (just after Concord exits) – Follow directions below*

From The East:

Take 101 West to 93 North, through the Hooksett tollbooth, to 89 North; OR take Route 4 West to 93 South to 89 North – Follow directions below*

* Take 89 North to Exit 2 Clinton Street/Route 13

At the bottom of the ramp turn right, take first road on the right Iron Works Road. Go approximately .6 of a mile to the 4th house on the left: a farmhouse (Granite State Independent Living) with a big barn attached. The REM entrance is on the lower right side of the barn with a big open flag.

From The West:

Take 89 South to Exit 2 Clinton Street/Route 13 At the bottom of the ramp turn right, take first road on the right Iron Works Road.
