A physical therapist uses treatments and techniques such as manual therapy, exercises, stretches and specialized technologies to help patients regain mobility. By working with our experienced physical therapists, patients recovering from injuries or surgery or who have a disability can gain functional mobility, strength, flexibility and endurance.
Occupational therapists help patients with physical, cognitive, developmental, sensory or perceptual deficits to improve skills for everyday life. Our experienced occupational therapists provide services including orthopedic rehabilitation, splinting, development of motor skills, remediation for visuoperceptual deficits, and the creation of programs to improve skills in activities of daily living (ADLs).
Speech-language pathologists provide therapies that help patients enhance speech, improve receptive and expressive communication skills and develop cognitive skills. Our speech-language services include direct or group therapy, creation of Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC) systems and in-service training.
