Level I: Introduction to Water Skills
The objective of Level 1 is to help students feel comfortable in the water and to enjoy the water safely. Level 1 participants learn to enter and exit the water safely, submerge mouth, nose and eyes, exhale and open eyes underwater, roll over from front to back and back to front with support, explore floating on front and back with support, explore swimming on front and back using arm and leg actions with support and use of life jacket.

There are no pre-requisites for this course.

Cancellation Notice
Make up classes due to Crotched Mountain cancellations will be made up the week following the end of the enrolled session. Classes missed by individuals are not refundable. Credit for programs will be given to those who need to cancel a registration and do so in advance.
Costs
Community: $54 per student. Note: $54 First two siblings, additional sibling $43
Greenfield residents: $43 per student
