Master Swim & Triathlon Training
Whether you're a beginner or an advanced swimmer, our coaching staff can teach you proper technique and efficiency, and help you achieve your goals in the water. We will teach you efficient swimming techniques, challenge you with great workouts and send you home with a new perspective on swimming and even the triathlon.
Session Dates and Times
Adult Swim Fitness Training and Triathlon training sessions run for 6 weeks, meeting once a week for 1 hour.
Session 1
Runs the week of September 17, 2012 through the week of October 22, 2012.
Session 2
Runs the week of October 29, 2012 through the week of December 10, 2012. Note: No classes the week of November 19, 2012 due to the holiday.
Session 3
Runs the week of January 7, 2013 through the week of February 11, 2013.
Session 4
Runs the week of March 4, 2013 through the week of April 8, 2013.
Session 5
Runs the week of April 29, 2013 through the week of June 4, 2013.
note: There will be no classes on Monday May 27, 2013 due to Memorial Day. These classes will be made up Monday June 10, 2012.
Session 6
Runs the week of July 8, 2013 through the week of August 12, 2013.
Cancellation Notice
Make up classes due to Crotched Mountain cancellations will be made up the week following the end of the enrolled session. Classes missed by individuals are not refundable. Credit for programs will be given to those who need to cancel a registration and do so in advance.
Costs
$75 per session. Enrollment to class also offers you any of our lap swim prices at the reduced senior rate.
