Parent and Child Classes
Our Parent & Child Class is designed for parents and infants/toddlers between 6 months and 3 years, enjoying their first water experience together. These classes provide parents with information and techniques to create safer aquatic experiences for their children. Songs and games are used to present a variety of water orientation and adaptation skills in a pleasurable and reassuring environment. These classes are not designed to teach children to swim on their own. Instead, these classes lay an early foundation for children to succeed in the Learn to Swim Program with the objective of having fun and becoming comfortable in, on, and around water. They also help parents feel more comfortable handling and playing with their child in the water.
Who Should Attend
Ages 6 months to about 3 years. Parent must accompany child in the water.

Session Dates and Times
Swim lesson sessions run for 6 weeks, meeting once a week for 45 minutes. Choose a day and time listed below that fits your schedule.
Session 1
Runs the week of September 10, 2012 through the week of October 15, 2012.
Session 2
Runs the week of October 29, 2012 through the week of December 10, 2012. Note: No classes the week of November 19, 2012 due to the holiday.
Session 3
Runs the week of January 7, 2013 through the week of February 11, 2013.

Cancellation Notice
Make up classes due to Crotched Mountain cancellations will be made up the week following the end of the enrolled session. Classes missed by individuals are not refundable. Credit for programs will be given to those who need to cancel a registration and do so in advance.
Costs
Community: $54 per student. Note: $54 first two siblings, additional sibling $43
Greenfield residents: $43 per student
CMRC employees: $33 per student
